L3 verification — what it means.
L3 Customer-rated means an actual customer has submitted a verified rating via Trustgent magic-link to a domain-matched corporate email.
Evidence required
- Rater email matches the customer organisation's verified domain (no Gmail / Yahoo without secondary attestation)
- Rating is per-engagement, not per-relationship
- Outcome description structured by Trustgent intake; disclosure level chosen by rater
Decay rule
Ratings decay over ~24 months. Aggregate scores are recency-weighted; ratings older than 24 months count for less.
